A Trip to the Beach

I recently took a small weekend trip to Cannon Beach, Oregon with my mom and sister. This first night there was so perfect, it was hot and there was a breathtaking sunset - hence all the sunset photos. We also spent some time in Seaside. Like every other time I visit Oregon, I never want to leave. But its back to Washington for me...

Summer Update

Living up my summer by going to a concert of a band that I love - The Gaslight Anthem - that had an awesome opening act, - Dave Hause - to enjoying the Fourth at the lake with my friends, to taking pictures of the crazy weather and nature in my own backyard. Fun stuff. 

Nisqually

A couple weeks ago, my mom, sister, aunt and I drove down to the Nisqually Wildlife Refuge for a little walk in the sun. It was absolutely beautiful and very warm! We walked all the way to the end viewpoint...and while we were on the deck, my phone dropped into the mud...15 feet below us. So that was a goner. And there was no way of getting it. The worst part of it all, the birds in the estuary seemed to be laughing at me. Awesome. Well at least I got some great shots!
